If you are running a server on which you have installed Webmin and or Virtualmin, then at some point you are probably going to need to start, stop or restart Webmin from the command line. The following commands will take care of that for you.
Use this command to restart the Webmin Control Panel
sudo /etc/webmin/restart
Use this command to start the Webmin Control Panel
sudo /etc/webmin/start
Use this command to stop the Webmin Control Panel
sudo /etc/webmin/stop
