To reboot or shut down your server using the Webmin interface you should select System from the sidebar menu.
In the System menu select Bootup and Shutdown.
Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find various options to control your server and Webmin interface. Click on the Reboot System button and your server should start the reboot procedure.
